ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed with a prayer to allow the CRP by setting aside the order and decree dated 18.01.2022 passed in I.A.No.194 of 2021 in O.S.No.426 of 2018 on the file of Court of V Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Warangal.
2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit for permanent injunction. She filed this present petition for receiving her documents. She claims that the documents are relevant for the disposal of the suit and that she could not file the documents earlier.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents and perused the material available on record.
4. The respondents in their counter contended that the petitioner did not sought for condonation of delay and she did not state any reason for delay in filing the said documents. They claim that the petitioner did not state in whose possession the documents were and how the documents were helpful.
5. The petition is filed for receiving the documents filed by the petitioner/plaintiff. The petitioner claim is that documents are relevant for the disposal of the suit and that she could not file the documents earlier,
