ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner, seeking following relief:

“….to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 and 3 in holding the petitioner prima facie guilty and in continuing the disciplinary proceedings in Ref. No.PR-194/19-DD/208/2019-DC/1424/ 2021 against the Petitioner pending trial in Cr.No.308 of 2019 and Cr.No.602 of 2019 on the file of the Hon’ble III ACCM, Nampally, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of petitioner’s fundamental right against Self incrimination guaranteed under Article 20(3) of the Constitution and to consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 and 3 not to proceed with the disciplinary proceedings in Ref No. PR-194/19-DD/ 208/2019-DC/1424/2021 against the petitioner pending disposal of Cr.No.308 of 2019, Cr.No.602 of 2019 on the file of the Hon’ble III ACCM, Nampally, Hyderabad…”
