ORDER: 

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs aggrieved by the order dated 18.12.2023 passed in I.A.No.164 of 2023 in O.S.No.164 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Suryapet.

2. I.A.No.164 of 2023 was filed by the petitioners under Order VII Rule 14 (3) r/w.Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure (for short ‘C.P.C’). O.S.No.164 of 2012 was filed for declaration of title and perpetual injunction wherein, petitioners filed their examination-in-chief and was cross- examined partly. While so, after death of father of petitioners/plaintiffs, the family members’ certificate was issued by then Tahsildar wherein, his name and his mother name is clearly appearing and as per the mutation proceedings, they have executed a registered sale deed document No.10219 of 2010 dated 30.11.2010 in favour of one Gunaganti Yellamma. It is stated that as the mother of petitioner was old aged, she kept those documents in the house and recently she recollected memory of such documents and thereafter they filed the said documents before the Court and requested the Court to allow the petition.
