O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner – Accused under Sections 480 and 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha (for short “BNSS”) to grant regular bail in Crime No.1025 of 2024 on the file of Medipally Police Station, Medchal Malkajgiri District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 (2) (n), 384, 506 of Indian Penal Code, Section 5(1) read with 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Section 66-C, 67, 67-A of Information Technology Act, 2008

2. The case of the prosecution in brief was that on

26.08.2024 at 19:00 hours, the victim girl came to the police station and lodged a report stating that she was a student of B-Pharmacy 1st year and while she was studying intermediate, the accused person followed her and stated that he was in love with her. She also believed his words. After some days, the accused person took her to Boduppal OYO room and met her physically in the guise of love and marriage. After that he collected her phone number and many times met her physically.
