This Crinrinal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Pro<:edure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), is filed by the petitioner/ accu:;ed, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.557 of 2008 ol P.S. rlhikkadpally, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable und-'r Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused rvould submit that the petitioner is a Chartered Accountant and she joined in the company as Intr:rnal Auditor with gross salary of Rs.20,000/- per month, and later promoted as Additional Director, and she used to look after the lr-rternal Audit and that during her tenure, she has not authorized or signed any kind of financial statements and she has no access to the documents/ papers pertaining to the business and marketing oi the company and in 2008, she resigned her job.
