This Crinrinal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Pro<:edure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), is filed by the petitioner/ accu:;ed, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.557 of 2008 ol P.S. rlhikkadpally, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable und-'r Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard tht: learned counsel for the petitioner/ accr.rsed, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-

Learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused rvould submit that the petitioner is a Chartered Accountant and she joined in the company as Intr:rnal Auditor with gross salary of Rs.20,000/- per month, and later promoted as Additional Director, and she used to look after the lr-rternal Audit and that during her tenure, she has not authorized or signed any kind of financial statements and she has no access to the documents/ papers pertaining to the business and marketing oi the company and in 2008, she resigned her job. He further subrr.its that even as per the complaint, there are no specific allegations or overt acts against the petitioner and she is innoce
