Today, when the matter is taken up, the parties are present in the Court and have produced their respective identity proofs. They are all identified personally by the learned counsel "lhey appearing for them. have stated before this Court that on the advice of the elders, they had settled the dispute among themselves and all of them agreecl that out of their own free will and volition, they entered a memorandum ol-compromise, which was reduced into writing.

In those circumstances, I.A.No.2 of 2020 is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, A.S.No.596 of 2012 is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise, which shall fonn part ofthe decree.
