This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of CriminaI Procedure, 1973, is fited by the petitioner/A-1 seeking to granl: bail to him in connection with Crime No.27 of 7021 of Alwat Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307 and 324 of I.P.C'

and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner/A-1, learned Assistart Pubtic Prosecutor appearing for the respondent'

State and perusr:d the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the .

petitioner has been in custody since 10.01 .202'1 He further submits that tl^e de facto comptainant had not handed over the atteged gotd and silver artictes at the time of marriage and same are in her custody onty and the atteged demand of additional dowry is false and that the petitioner never committed any offence and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and atso roped att the famity members of the petitioner into the case. He atso submits that no such bteeding injury was sustained by the father- in-taw and that there was no hospitalization for any medicaI treatment. The petitioner/A-1 is ready to abide by any condition that may be inposed by this Court in the event of his enlargement on bait.

Learned Assistant Pubtic Prosecutgr though opposed the bait application, but conceded to the fact that the petitioner/A-l is jail languishing in since 10.01 .2071 .

As seen from the contents of the lnjury report, the injuries sustained by the injured are€ilQpte in nature. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the fact that the petitioner/A-1 is in judiciat custody since 10.01 .2021, without adverting to the merits of the case, I am inctined to grant bait to the petitioner/A-'l .

The Criminal Petition is a[owed and the petitioner/A-1 ls directed to be released on bail, subject to the fottowing terms and conditions:

(i)

The petitioner/A-1 shatt be reteased on bail on his executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand onty) with two sureties each to the tike amount to the satisfact'ion of the XXlll Metropotitan Magistrate at MedchaL.

(ii)

The petitioner/A-1 shatt not interfere with the investigation, intimidate or induce the materiaI witnesses and shatt cooperate with the investigating agency.

(iii)

The petitioner/A-1 shatt not misuse the tiberty granted to him.
