The criminal petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Cr.Nos.699, 705, 651 and 697 of 2027 on the file of the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Rachakonda. The offences alleged are under Sections 477,479,420 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66-C and 66-D of the Information and Technology Act.

The petitioner is so far not arrayed as accused in the above cflmes.

The case of the prosecution is that the complainant-r informa nts/victims in the above referred crimes received calls from unknown mobile numbers, who informed that they will provide loan from loan apps and asked to share the aadhaar card and pan card details. Due to the complainants' financial crisis, the complainants shared the said documents and has taken individual loans from some apps viz. Cash more, I Credit, Money Click, Big Shark, Fast Cash, Star Loan, Panda Loan, Golden lighting, Rupee day, Snapit Loan, Credlt bin, rupee lazmi, Quick cash, Cash tok, Rufilio, Insta loan, Rythaon, I easy and several loan
