ORDER,.
In the Government Orders 3'd and 4,h read above, the schemes have been formulated for regularisation of the seryices of Daily Wage/NMUCoiolidated piy persons and part-time employees and in the Goyernment order first read above a scheme of compassionate appointments to the dependants of deceased Government Sertants formulated. Several dependants of the deceased Daily Wage/NMR employees etc. havl approached various courts for compassionate appointments.
The Courts are directed the Government to-consider the cases of the for appointments on compassionate -petitioners grounds treating them as regular employees.
l/.A.No.275 of 2020 I The Government have examined the matter. The benefit of compassionate appointment is now not available under the rule to those who are not regular employees. The government after carefut examinatiort of the matter, have decided to consider the cases of the dependants of the deceased Daily Wage or NMR or Consolidated Pay person or Contingent worker on full time basis or part time employees for compassionate appointment only in the following cases, namely ;-
(1) If the deceased Daily Wage or NMR or Consolidated Pay person or Contingent worker on full time
