This Criminal Petition has been filed under Section

482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, ‘ BNS S ’) by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.336 of 2025 on the file of the Suraram Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate registered for the offence punishable under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 ( BNS ).
