ORDER
Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Veerjala, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education and Sri Srinivasa Rao Bodduluri, learned counsel for respondent No.4. Perused the record.
2. According to the petitioner, her both children i.e., Master J.Yuvansh Jatoth, studying in 3rd Class with ID No.21OIS1445 and Master J.Rudransh Jatoth, studying in 1st Class with ID No.21OIS1444 are studying in respondent No.4 – School i.e., Oakridge International School, Serilingampally, Khajaguda, Hyderabad. Respondent No.4 i.e., the Principal of Oakridge International School, is harassing and also showing discrimination on her children with regard to delayed fee payments. The said action of respondent No.4 is in violation of the Right to Education Act , 2009.
3. According to the petitioner, her husband has submitted a representation dated 23.07.2024 to respondent No.3 with a request to take action against respondent No.4 alleging that respondent No.4 is collecting exorbitant fees in violation of provisions of the
