It is further stated that there are marital disputes pending between respondent No.5 and his wife and the wife of respondent No.5 had filed a case under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 against respondent No.5 and his family members vide DVC No. 26 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge- cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur and the said Court granted interim orders in Crl.M.P.No.2269 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017, restraining respondent No.5 from alienating the subject property. It is further 2017, the properties purchased by the petitioner were notified as prohibited properties. It is further stated that since the said D.V.C. was settled in Lok Adalat and the said D.V.C. was closed on 12.11.2018, the petitioner made representations, dated 18.04.2024, 17.05.2024 and 16.08.2024 seeking deletion of the subject property from the list of prohibited properties. The grievance of the petitioner is that, even after receipt of the said applications, the respondent authorities did not consider the same. 2. Considered the submissions made by Sri Vijay B.Paropakari, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. In view of the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, issuance of notice to the unofficial respondents is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the D.V.C. filed by the wife of respondent No.5 was settled before Lok Adalat in the year 2018 and as on date, no case is pending, and hence, the subject property is required to be deleted from the list of prohibited properties.

4. In view of the above submissions and since the subject properties were purchased by the petitioner through registered

Since the D.V.C. itself was settled before the Lok Adalat and there are no disputes whatsoever pending, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation/application under Section 22-A (4) of the Registration Act, 1908 and in the event of such application being submitted by the petitioner, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same for deletion/de-notifying the properties purchased by the petitioner strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of such application.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
