This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 ( BNS S ), in connection with Crime No.278 of 2025 on the file of O.U. City Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 118 (1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNS ’), Section 92 (b) of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act , 2016 (for short ‘RPWD’) and under Section 82 of Juvenile Justice Act , 2015 (for short ‘JJA’).
2. Heard Mr.Kosgi Mahesh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1/State.

During the course of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has brought to the notice of this Court that the offences leveled against the petitioners are punishable with imprisonment of less than seven years and the investigation officer has already issued notice under Section 41-A of the Criminal Procedure Code , 1973 (Cr.P.C.)/Section 35(3) of BNSS on 18.06.2025 and pursuant to the same the petitioners submitted reply on 25.06.2025.
