This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , is filed seeking the following relief:

“to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particular one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not closing the LOC issued against the petitioner vide LOC.No.2025/10422/001729 dated 13.03.2025 in spite of bring to the respondents notice through representation, dated 06.06.2023 which was served on respondents, dated 11.06.2025 and 13.06.2025 stating that I have appeared before the concerned Court and obtained bail and the purpose of continuing the LOC is not correct and due to which it is causing hindrance to me to go to abroad for my employment purpose to eke my livelihood, consequently declare the action of 2nd and 3rd respondent in issuing Look Out Circular casually and in routine manner against me in connection with Crl.M.P.No.120 of 2024 in M.C.No.59 of 2022 on the file of 4th respondent pursuant to the petition filed by the 6th respondent U/s 125 (3) of CRPC without following due process of law and also violation of Principles of natural justice and also violation of Fundam
