“5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and in view of the peculiar circumstances of the case, this Court is of the prima facie view that the very same Medical Board i.e., Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital, Mehdipatnam, has issued two different medical certificates, one in April 2024 for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer vide Notification No.12/2022 dated 03.09.2022, and another certificate in July 2024 in relation to Group-IV services vide Notification No.19/2022 dated 01.12.2022, certifying the petitioner’s disability as 30% and 40% respectively. Therefore, this Court deems it fit and appropriate to permit the petitioner to file an appeal before the respondents in terms of G.O.Ms.No.31 Women Development, Child Welfare & Disabled Welfare Department, dated 01.12.2009 within in a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
