This Criminal Petition has been filed under Section
482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘ BNSS ’) by the petitioner/accused No.1, seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.224 of 2024 on the file of the Begumbazar Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Section
309(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).
