This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNSS’) seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.7 in Crime No.1420 of 2025 of Cyber Crimes Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338 and 340(2) r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) and Section 66D of Information Technology Act, 2000 .
2. Heard Mr. V.Rajashekar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.7 and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State.
