ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 - the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Rajendranagar Circle, in trying to interfere with his property bearing H.No.2-4-72/3/4/C on part of open land admeasuring 800 square yards in Survey No.94 situated at Budwel (Upperpally) Village, GHMC Rajendranagar Circle, Ranga Reddy District, and trying to demolish the same without following due process of law, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
2. Heard Mr. Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Raparthy Venkatesh, learned standing counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
