ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.267 of 2025 of Punjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad.
2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.267 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Section 31 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. I have heard Mr.G.Surender, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case has been falsely instituted by respondent No. 2 solely with the intent to harass the petitioner.
