ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS, 2023’) seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.566 of 2025 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, against the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2.
2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.566 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’ Act).
