ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. The case of the petitioners is that they are the absolute owners and possessors of non-agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.03.00 guntas in Sy.No.142, 142/1, 142/2, 142/3 situated at Bhailulkhanguda Village, Ameerpet Mandal, Hyderabad and the same was purchased through Sale Deed dated 23.06.2008. The grievance of the petitioners is that when the said Sale Deed is submitted for validation by paying necessary fees, the respondent No.4 refused to validate the above said Sale Deed without assigning any reason.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioners have not submitted any document as alleged in the Writ Pe
