COMMON ORDER
Since, the issue involved in both the Writ Petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 in both the Writ Petitions, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.
3. The case of the petitioners, in brief, is that, the respondents- authorities are interfering with the conduct of the business of the petitioners in the name of implementation of the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law.
