COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)
The Award-debtor has filed two Civil Revision Petitions from orders dated 18.06.2025 and 19.06.2025 refusing to extend the interim order passed by the learned Commercial Court in favour of the Award-debtor on 13.06.2025.
2. The facts which are relevant for the present orders are that the impugned Award dated 04.12.2023 was passed in the Award Debtor’s application for stay of the Award under Section
36 (2) of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 .
3. On 13.06.2025, the Award-debtor was granted limited protection till 16.06.2025 on alienation of the schedule property. This interim order was subsequently extended till 18.06.2025. Thereafter, on 18.06.2025 and 19.06.2025, the Commercial Court declined to extend the interim protection on the ground that the Court was already considering the applicatio
