ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for stamps and registration appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that questioning the Intimation of Refusal Order issued by the respondent No.3-Joint Sub-Registrar-I vide Refusal Order No.27/2024/RO(OB) dated 23.01.2024, which is for refusing to register the Gift Settlement Deed document No.12 of 2024 executed by the mother of the petitioner with respect to the House bearing No.1- 65/2/114 (PTIN No.1219985247), Plot No.114, in Sy.Nos.12, 12/A & 13 admeasuring 233.33 Sq. Yards situated at Guttala Begumpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal under GHMC Chandanagar Circle-21, Ranga Reddy District, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
