ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 27.11.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1753 of 2024 in C.C.No.74 of 2022 by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Medchal - Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda, Hyderabad.
2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner/de facto complainant filed a petition under Section 4 51 Cr.P.C. seeking interim custody of certain properties, namely: (1) an FDR of Rs.12,68,478/- in Axis Bank in the name of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, LB Nagar; (2) Suzuki Hayate bike; (3) TVS Jupiter bike bearing No.TS-08-FB-4501; (4) Wagon-R car bearing No.AP-09-BP- 8287; and (5) Maestro bike bearing No.TS-08-EE-7212, which were seized during investigation in Crime No.77 of 2017 and are now part of C.C.
