ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in showing the petitioner’s name in the merit list as “pending caste certificate not uploaded,” despite the fact that the petitioner had already uploaded the caste certificate, and an acknowledgment to that effect was issued on 22.03.2018.
2. The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste and is a resident of Mekalagattu village. She applied for the post of Anganwadi Teacher in Ghanpur Mandal, Jangoan District, vide application No. 1190300037 and uploaded all the required documents, including her caste certificate, and submitted the acknowledgment form. The respondent authorities initially published the merit list on 17.05.2018, incorrectly identifying her as a non-local. She immediately approached them to correct the error, and a revised list was issued on 21.05.2018, which stated that her caste certificate had not been uploaded, despite the acknowledgment dat
