ORDER:
Heard Sri G.Ravi Mohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I I appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:
“…to issue an order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in not promoting the Petitioner to the post of Accounts Officer without reference to the pendency of the disciplinary proceedings against the Petitioner as the same is illegal, arbitrary, and unjust and contrary to the law laid down in W.P.No.3221/2020, dated 14/02/2020 and consequently direct the Respondents to promote the Petitioner to the Post of Accounts Officer without the reference to the disciplinary proceedings; and to pass…”
3. It is specific case of the petitioner that the 2nd Respondent is not promoting the Petitioner to the post of Accounts Officer without reference to the pendency of the disciplinary proceedings against the Petitioner and the same
