ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNS S ’) by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.155 of 2025 on the file of Tandur Town Police Station, Vikarabad District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) r/w. 3 (5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNS ’) and Section 3 (1) (r) (s) of The Scheduled Castes And The Scheduled Tribes (Prevention Of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short ‘POA Act’).
