ORDER (ORAL):
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in interfering into the possession of the petitioners’ plots bearing Nos.01, 02, 24, 25, 99/P, 99/P part, 100, 101, 102, 103, 105, in Sy.No.91, situated at Telecom Nagar Colony, Gachibowli, Ranga Reddy District, by demarcation etc., without following due process of law and without considering the objections of the petitioners dated 17.07.2025 pursuant to Notice vide No.C/292/2025, dated 16.06.2025 issued by respondent No.3 for the proposed 215 ft. wide road from Narayanamma College to Gachibowli Flyover, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for MAUD appearing for respondent No.1 and Mr.G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
