ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2 to modify the order dated 06.08.2025 passed in Crl.M.P. No.1225 of 2025 in Crl.A. No.58 of 2025 by the I- Additional District & Sessions Judge cum Additional Family Court Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda.
2. Heard Sri M. Raju Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. Inspite of service of notice, the respondent No.2 failed to appear.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are aggrieved by the interim compensation granted by the appellate court, wherein 20% of the compensation amount was directed to be deposited, which comes up to Rs.12,00,000/- and that the petitioner No.1 was unable to gather the said amount.

6. The record discloses that CC No.7243 of 2021 was filed for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (for short ‘NI Act’) for an amount of Rs.30,00,000/- alleging that the cheque issued for the said amount was dishonoured. A
