ORDER:
With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.
2. Heard Ms.Boddani Rama Sita, representing Sri A.B.K.Siva Kasulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents and perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the daughter of deceased employee who worked as Panchayat Secretary Grade-III in Tripuraram Mandal, Nalgonda district, died on 27.7.2023 due to unforeseen medical reasons, while he was in service. Therefore, petitioner made a representation to the respondent No.2 on 19.2.2024, requesting to consider her case for appointment on compassionate grounds. The learned counsel further submits that in this regard, the letter No.B/19/2024/MPPT dated 20.2.2024, recommending the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds. However, so far no action has been taken in the matter. Hence, petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the respondents to consider her case for appointment on compassionate grounds within a stipulated period of time.
4. The learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents submits that since the representation of the petitioner dated 19.2.2024 is pending with the respondents, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
