ORDER:
This criminal petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C. No.22 of 2021 on the file of the Special Judge for trial of Offences under the SCs/STs (POA) Act 1989-cum- V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, for the offences punishable under Sections 120B , 448, 420, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 (for short ‘IPC’) and Sections 3(1), (r), (s), (g), 3(2) (va) of the SCs/STs (POA) Amendment Act, 2015 (for short ‘SCs/STs Act’).
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing before this Court on 18.08.2025, there was no representation on behalf of respondent No.2 either physical mode or virtual mode and therefore, to give one more opportunity, the matter was posted to 25.08.2025. Once again this matter was come up for consideration on 10.09.2025 and on that day also, there was no representation on behalf of respondent No.2. To give one more opportunity, the matter was posted to 15.09.2025. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of respondent No.2 in the morning session and in the afternoon session either physical mode or virtual mode.
