The present Civil Revision Petitions are filed aggrieved by the orders dated 14.08.2023 and 07.02.2024 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam in I.A.No.197 of 2023 and I.A.No.34 of 2024 in I.A.No.197 of 2023 respectively, both in O.S.No.212 of 2023.

2. Though these Civil Revision Petitions arise out of separate orders but originating from a continuous chain of events, they are heard together and disposed of by way of this common order.

3. The respondent herein filed the suit against the petitioner herein for perpetual inunction in respect of the schedule property consisting of Ac.1.05 Gts. in compartment No.8 of Cheemalapadu Forest Block under the area of Karepally Forest Range & Khammam Forest Division at Cheemalapadu Revenue Village of Singareni Revenue Mandal, Khammam District. Along with the suit, she has filed I.A.No.197 of 2023, wherein, temporary injunction is granted in her favour restraining the petitioner herein from interfering with the suit schedule property. Aggrieved by the same, CRP No.2831 of 2024 is filed. Thereafter, respondent herein filed I.A.No.34 of 2024 in I.A.No.197 of
