Heard Sri.Narendar Jalli, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Sri.Somu Srinivas Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1, 4, 5 and 6, Sri.M.Ramu, learned standing counsel for NHAI appearing respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri.R.Poolsingh Naik, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Building appearing for respondent Nos.7 to 9. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in proceeding with the demolition of the houses of the petitioners i.e H.No.7-60 (5-98), H.No.7-41 over the Plot No.6/P, H.No.7-38 and H.No.7-56 in Sy.No.244, situated at Isnapur Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy District, for the purpose of road widening of National Highway 65 from Hyderabad to Sangareddy, as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and against to the provisions of Right to Fai
