THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR Writ Petition No.26482 of 2025 This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“…declaring the action of Respondent Nos.3 to 7 in interfering into civil dispute and summoning the Petitioner and his family members to police station and harassing to settle the matter on the pretext of investigation as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, abdication of duty cast on them against to the Principles of Natural Justice and violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India …”
