ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. No.48 of 2017 dated 05.03.2017 on the file of Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad wherein the petitioners were arrayed as accused for the offences under Sections 493 of IPC and section 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(v) of the scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.
2. Heard Mr.Krishna Sumanth, learned Counsel representing Mr. Vivek Jain, learned Counsel appearing for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader basing on the instructions furnished by the concerned officers submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Investigating Officers after conducting investigation filed charge sheet and numbered as Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2018 and the same is pending on the file of VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge
