This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering her F-Line application bearing No.DER022300915084 dated 01.04.2023 for conducting survey and demarcation of land admeasuring Ac.1-00 guntas in Survey No.71/LU/2, situated at Mankhal Revenue Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard Mr. Tenneti Naresh, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents.
3. Petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1-00 guntas in Survey No.71/LU/2, situated at Mankhal Revenue Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on the strength of a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.6220 of 2016, dated 05.10.2016. The name of the petitioner was mutated in the revenue records and she was issued a digital passbook and title deed bearin
