ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners – accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.03 of 2021 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Warangal, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 of Indian Penal Code (for short “IPC”) and Section 5 of Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999 (for short “the Act”).
