THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24001 of 2025 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:-

“to declare the high-handed and ilegal action of the official respondents more particularly respondent Nos.4 to 6 in frequently summoning the petitioners to the police station thereby threatening them with dire consequences saying that to settle the matter with the un-official respondent Nos.7 to 9 by involving in civil disputes as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natrual justice and consequently, direct the repondent Nos.4 to 6 not to summon the petitioners to police station while threatening them to settle the matter involving in civil matters with the respondent Nos.7 to 9.”

3. Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that the petitioner is a company being represented by its G.P.A holder. The petitioner’s case is that the first petitioner has invested money in the 7th repondent company and later disputes arose with respect to shares of the company. Threafter the petitioners also received summons from the Prl. District Judge, Nalgonda District in O.S.No.13 of 2025 filed by respondent Nos.7 and 8 for perpetual injunction and the petitioners are contesting the suit. It is further submitted that the respondent Nos.4 to 6 have called the petitioners on 10.07.2025 and summoned to police station and after reaching to police station they threatened them with dire consequences saying to settle the matter with un- official respondents or otherwsie they will be implicated in false criminal cases. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents placed on record instructions issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Mungodu P.S, wherein it is submitted that on 10.07.2025 at 13:03 PM, 2nd respondent called dail 100 from Mobile No.9704914071 and complained that the un-official respondent Nos.7 to 9 have visited their land admeasuring Ac.4.37 guntas in Sy.No.154/E and 154/e/1/1 situated at Kompalle Village, Mungole Mandal, Nalgonda District and creating nuisance and requested to depute police. On receiving said information, 6th respondent deputed Blue Colt Team to the disputed area, and they pacified both the parties and informed them not to create any public nuisance and if they have any grievance they visit the police station and give complaint and dispersed both the parties. Thereafter, both the parties visited the police station and levelled allegations against each other pertaining to dispute land and both parties are claiming rights over the said property and 6th respondent advised both the parties to settle their issue before the Civil Court and that 6th respondent did not interfere in civil disputes and did not try to settle the matter between the petitioners and un-official respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the status with regard to the incident bearing I.D.No.20250001297644 reported from mobile number of petitioner No.2 is shown as “Problem has been Solved and situation is peaceful” and further submits that they would follow the due procedure as contemplated under law.

In that view of the matter, since the petitioners and un-official respondents were advised to settle their disputes pending before the competent civil court, recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners and un-official respondents to pursue their remedies as available under law.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
