O R D E R:
With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a writ order or direction especially one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that a) the action of the Respondents in seeking to fill up the post of LFL HM / PSHM with the Secondary Grade Teachers who are having Diploma Education (D.Ed) and not considering the case of the Petitioners (Secondary Grade Teachers) with B.Ed qualification is illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory violating Article 14 & 16 of the Constitution of the India.
b) further declare that the Respondents shall consider the case of the Petitioners for promotion to the post of LFL HM / PSHM in ensuing promotions.
c) the Respondents shall forthwith consider the representation dated 08.08.2025 and make promotions to the post of LFL HM / PSHM with the Secondary Grade Teachers who are
