O R D E R
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in CC.No.1965 of 2022 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Special Mobile(Excise) Court-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge at Karimnagar.
2. The brief facts of the case are that, on 28.04.2022 at 1400 hours the complainant Chippa @ Saini Archana W/o Kiran Kuamr, i.e., the 2nd respondent herein, lodged a complaint stating that on 27.05.2011 her marriage was solemnized with the 1st petitioner herein and at the time of marriage, as per the demand of the 1st petitioner herein and his family members, her parents gave Rs.10 lakhs net cash, 50 tulas gold and other house hold articles to them towards dowry and after marriage they lead happy marital life for some days and thereafter, disputes arose between the complainant and the 1st petitioner and his family membe
