Heard Md.Nazeeruddin Khan, learned counsel representing Sri S.Nagesh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that originally, one Ambati Veeraiah was the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.6.19 guntas situated in Sy. Nos.369, 376 and 377 of Chintalcheru(V), Hathnoor (M), Sanga Reddy District and after his demise the property was devolved upon his only son, namely, Ambati Raghupathi and after his demise the property was succeeded by the petitioners herein who are his wife and sons. He would further submit that petitioners moved to Karnataka for their livelihood and they came back in the year 2022 as they suffered losses in business due to COVID-19 pandemic and the petitioners intended to take up cultivation in their ancestral property.
