This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the Award dated 26.07.2024 passed in C.G.No.21 of 2024 – 25/Medchal Circle and the Award dated 24.10.2024 passed in C.M.P.No.09/2024-25 in C.G.No.21/2024-25/Medchal Circle on the file of the 1^st respondent.

2. Heard Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL and Sri K.Jagadeeshwar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2. Perused the record.

3. The brief facts of the case are that 2^nd Respondent, represented by its Proprietor Mohd. Akbar, operates a plastic reprocessing unit under S.C.No.0132 03804 at Plot No.421, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, while another service connection, S.C.No.0132 02674, in the name of M/s Laxmi Dinesh Enterprises, is used by M/s A-1 Plastic Traders represented by its Proprietor Mohd. Ahmed for washing and grinding plastic at the same premises. Both services were inspected on 24.02.2024 and 08.07.2024, and it was found they were used for the same activity with a shared entrance. Based on this, the connections were clubbed, and a back billing of Rs.3,30,612/- was raised for unauthorized usage. The consumer has paid 50% of the total assessed amount i.e., Rs.1,50,000/- and filed
