ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the order dated 30.01.2025 passed in Crl.R.P.No.03 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.133 of 2023 in M.C.No.05 of 2023 by the Principal District & Sessinos Judge at Medak (for short “Sessions Court”).
2. Heard the submissions of Sri B.Chinnapa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri N.Venkataiah, learned counsel for respondent No.2.
3. The learned petitioners counsel has submitted that the Sessions Court ought not to have interfered with the orders passed by the Prl.Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Narsapur, Medak District (for short “trial Court”) granting interim maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month to the petitioners herein, while it is reduced to an extent of Rs.15,000/- per m
