This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondents No.2 to 4 in not considering his representation dated 23.06.2025 with regard to unauthorized construction made by respondents No.5 to 13 in respect of the Plot No.197, admeasuring 389 square yards in Survey No.44/1, situated at Miyapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
2. Heard Mr. A.Raja Chandra Shekar Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. G.Madhusudan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondents No.2 to 4; and perused the material on record.
3. It is claimed that the mother of the petitioner was the absolute owner and possessor of the subject property; she executed general power of attorney in favour of the petitioner on 27.09.2016. The subject property forms part of layout of Matsuri Co-operation House Building Society in Survey No.44/1, situated at Miyapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and the same was allotted to the mother of the petitioner who is a member of the Society vide mem
