This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondents No.2 to 4 in not considering his representation dated 23.06.2025 with regard to unauthorized construction made by respondents No.5 to 13 in respect of the Plot No.197, admeasuring 389 square yards in Survey No.44/1, situated at Miyapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. It is claimed that the mother of the petitioner was the absolute owner and possessor of the subject property; she executed general power of attorney in favour of the petitioner on 27.09.2016.
