ORDER:
Heard Sri A.Bhuvan Sunder Reddy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Sri Malipeddi Srinivas Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Osmania University appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1 and the learned Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2.
2. The petitioners approached the Court seeking prayer as under:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus:
a) Declaring the action of Respondents in not permitting the Petitioner Institution from running and offering the course of B.Ed., with an intake of 100 seats for the Academic Year 2025-26 despite the Petitioner Institution having the necessary faculty, facilities and infrastructure for the same as being arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and set aside the same.
b) Consequently, direct the Respondents herein to treat the Petitioner Institution as a validly affiliated
