ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3 in not receiving, registering and releasing the document i.e., Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds dated 31.07.2025 presented by the petitioners in respect of house bearing No.10-5-743/1, total land admeasuring extent of 53.33 square yards in Sy.No.844/4 and 844/13, situated at North Lalaguda, Sai Nagar, near Indra Gandhi statue, Tukaramgate, Secunderabad on the ground of area under above house numbers are notified in prohibitory list as per the Section 22A of the Registration Act, the petitioners filed the present writ petition.
