ORDER :
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
“...to issue an appropriate writ order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not rectifying the Bhu-bharathi Portal entries of the agricultural land situated at Ramanthapur Village and Grampanchayat Shankarpally Mandal Ranga Reddy District covered under Sale Deed No.10171/2019 as illegal arbitrary contrary to law and in violation of principles of natural justice and Direct the respondents to rectify the Bhu-bharathi Portal by including the name of Late Darshan Singh Sodhi through his legal heir the petitioner to the extent of Acs.27.50 guntas share in the said land and pass...”
