ORDER :
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
“...to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in effecting the mutation of land in Sy.No.266 (Ac.1.35) gts in favour of a subset of coparceners i.e., in the name of unofficial respondents without proper verification of the revenue records and recorded title through ORC - Occupation Rights Certificate as illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents to immediately cancel the said illegal mutation and restore the names of all rightful ORC holders/legal heirs in the Record of Rights and Pass...”
