ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the building permit order bearing No.88079/7088/GHMC/2021 dated 07-10-2021 in permitting respondent No.4 to construct building in Plot/Door bearing No. 12-13-483 in Sy.No.175/2 situated at Lalaguda Village, Marredpally Mandal, Hyderabad, despite of building permit order issued in favour of the petitioner earlier is subsisting, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Municipalities Act, 2019.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Sri K.Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri Aedula Govinda Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4, and perused the record. With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.
